USE OF SERVICES

ENTRY CONDITIONS

• Customers are permitted to leave the Gaming Lounge and return, but any spent time will not be refunded nor reimbursed.
• On entry to the Gaming Lounge, you (and/or your guardian):
  • Will not access age restricted content that is inappropriate for the customer
  • Will not tamper with any of the gaming equipment within the Gaming Lounge, this applies to any physical hardware changes and software setting changes. If a piece of hardware is not functioning correctly, please inform a member of staff
  • Report any damage/misuse of Gaming Lounge equipment to the Gaming Lounge staff
  • Must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies (i.e. light sensitive epilepsy¹)

PARENTAL CONSENT/SUPERVISION

• The Gaming Lounge will always have a member of staff attending the staff section of the Gaming Lounge, but is not responsible anyone within the Gaming Lounge
• Customers under the age of 15 must be signed into the Gaming Lounge via their guardian
• A signed parental consent form is required for underage children to use the Gaming Lounge

FOOD AND DRINK

• You are not permitted to consume alcohol within the Gaming Lounge premise
• You are not permitted to bring food and/or drink into the Gaming Lounge
• The Gaming Lounge provides snacks, soft drink and water to be purchased from the front entrance area
• Snacks and soft drink are allowed to be consumed while operating gaming equipment
  • Any spillages and/or dropped food needs to be cleaned immediately, please report to a member of staff

SESSION PAYMENTS

• Payments for hourly sessions must be paid in full via the front desk or payment app

BOOKING PAYMENTS

• Payments for event bookings must be paid in full on the day the booking is placed
• We do not accept partial payments, credits or payment plans
• Afterpay is only acceptable in the store

CANCELLATIONS

• Both individual sessions and event bookings cannot be canceled and are non-refundable

EARLY ARRIVALS / LATE DEPARTURES

• You must arrive within 15 minutes of your session booking. Failure to arrive for your booked session, or failure to be present during your sessions run time, will result in your booking being canceled. You are not entitled to a refund for failing to be present for your booking, and your station will no longer be reserved.
• If you have any time remaining on your session timer and/or your scheduled booking, and intend to leave early, we hold the right to re-book your active station(s). You cannot return at a later time to re-use your previously booked station and cannot receive a refund for any time left.

BMG PRODUCTIONS GAMING LOUNGE RIGHTS

• BMG Productions reserve the right to refuse entry (and any refund) if the customer poses to breach the Terms & Conditions with their behavior and/or presence
• BMG Productions reserves the right to remove/disabled any age-restricted content if it poses a breach in the Terms & Conditions for other customers/guardians
• BMG Productions reserves the right to remove any type of equipment usage within the Gaming Lounge or close at any time
• BMG Productions reserves the right to charge any admin or function fees upon entry to gaming tournaments or public events
• Customers/visitors who cause any damage to any equipment or third-party property, whether deliberate or accidental, will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair
• BMG Productions reserves the right to remove any customer/visitor from the Gaming Lounge if their behavior and/or presence poses a threat to other customers/visitors and/or equipment
• BMG Productions reserves the right to cancel any gaming session or event booking for any reason and will try to give you as much notice as possible in the event that it needs to do so.
• BMG Productions holds the rights to change any rates and conditions mentioned in this document.
